The vendor then has to wait until Monday to go get the parts which are available 20 minutes drive from my home. This whole repair only requires the removal of 8 screws and a 20 minute drive to a local parts store, yet it takes at least 9 days for this company to execute the repair.

The first guy that came out said it was a fan and a control module, I paid a significant amount of money for the repair and he also painted a pretty picture to sign up for the home warranty plan (which is $49.99 per month).
